• How do I pay for custom T-Shirt orders I have recieved a quote on?
    When you decide to place an order with us we can send you an electronic invoice through email. Once you have paid the invoice online we will begin processing your order. Because of the many options and variables in custom T-Shirt printing, it is easiest to receive a price quote and afterwards finalize payment for an order. Back to Top
  • Will colors look like they do online once printed on a garment?
    Probably not. It will be close to the color seen online but it is impossible to account for all the variables involved. The color of the shirt and image or text to be printed will mix a little. We will do our best to make the colors look true. Back to Top

  • How do I place a custom T-Shirt order for "humans"?
    Yes, we do print T-Shirts for people. Our online store is for doggie printing but we can also give a price quote on normal T-Shirt orders. Look through our Idea Book and then request a price quote. Back to Top
  • Why can I only order 2 or 3 of a doggie item at one time?
    Sometimes our inventory runs a little low and we restrict the quantity of each item customers can purchase. If you would like to order in bulk, simply fill out our contact form and we can arrange to accommodate your needs. Special pricing can be arranged on quantity orders. Back to Top

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept standard credit cards and PayPal payments. Our credit card processor is PayPal and you will see their name at checkout. Don't worry, you DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to purchase through us. There will be an option to enter a credit card during the payment process.   • What is your return policy?
    We offer exchanges only for size if the item is in original condition (excludes custom printing). No refunds. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. We ask that you send a digital picture of the item to us when contacting about exchanges. Custom printed items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable. Because some of our products are meant for pets we usually cannot resell a returned item. Please keep this in mind when ordering.   • How quickly will I receive my order?
    We usually ship within two business days after your order was made. Custom printed items may take 10 business days to print (usually shorter). If an item is backordered you may expect one additional week. We try to ship all orders so that our customers receive them in one to three weeks. Back to Top
  • Why do I have to pay sales tax on purchases from your store?
    Most states require "sales and use" tax be paid on items purchased over the internet regardless of which state the items come from.
